Our burner bricks, produced by Shandong Luming, are manufactured using high-quality bauxite or fireclay as the main raw materials, formed under high pressure and fired at high temperatures. The product features precise geometry, excellent thermal shock stability, and high strength. It can withstand direct flame impingement and high-temperature gas flow erosion, ensuring stable flame shape and uniform temperature, thereby improving combustion efficiency and extending burner service life.

1. Before installation, check the burner brick for any damage and clean the kiln interface of debris.

2. Use matching refractory mortar during installation, ensuring full and tight joints.

3. Strictly follow the kiln drying curve to avoid cracking due to rapid temperature rise.
