The furnace temperature is more uniform: Because the gas and air are semi-premixed in the furnace for diffused combustion, there is no obvious flame in the naked eye, so the furnace temperature is more uniform, and there is no local high temperature zone; Since the combustion side and the smoke exhaust side are alternated in each pair of regenerator within a short time, there is no burning bias and the temperature on both sides of the furnace can be uniform.
A wider range of fuel options: With regenerative combustion technology, the air preheating temperature can be changed from 400℃ to 600℃ in the past; Increase to 800℃~1100℃. Because the theoretical combustion temperature of the fuel is greatly increased, the choice of fuel is wider, especially the combustible low calorific value fuel below 800×4.18kJ/m3, such as blast furnace gas or other low calorific value inferior fuel.
Can greatly save energy: Because the temperature of the flue gas after the heat storage body is reduced to below 150 ° C, most of the sensible heat of the flue gas is passed to the combustion air, and the limit recovery of flue gas waste heat is realized, so the furnace fuel consumption is greatly reduced.
less NOx generation: Using traditional energy-saving technology, the higher the preheating temperature of combustion air, the greater the NOx content in the flue gas; However, the regenerative high temperature air combustion technology is used, and the NOx generation in the furnace is reduced when the preheating temperature of the combustion air is as high as 800℃. Since regenerative combustion is semi-premixed diffusion combustion in a relatively low oxygen state, there is no flame center, so there is no condition for large amounts of NOx generation. The low NOx content in flue gas is conducive to protecting the environment.
Good combustion stability: Because the temperature of the combustion air is preheated to above the spontaneous combustion point of the fuel, the fuel can catch fire and burn as soon as it enters the furnace, improving its own stability.
Expansion of the combustion zone: By organizing low-oxygen atmosphere combustion in the furnace, the flame volume increases exponentially, and the temperature field distribution in the furnace is more uniform, which is conducive to uniform heating of the heated parts.
The flue gas temperature after the regenerator is low, and the lining of the flue and chimney can not use heat-resistant materials.
