Sintered AZS Brick (Re-sintered AZS Brick) is a high-performance alumina-zirconia-silica (AZS) refractory brick manufactured from high-purity alumina, zirconia, and silica raw materials or fused AZS grains through advanced forming and high-temperature sintering technology.

  As a specialized glass furnace refractory material, AZS re-sintered brick combines excellent resistance to molten glass corrosion, high-temperature structural stability and low glass contamination performance. It is widely used in glass melting furnaces, especially in areas requiring superior corrosion resistance, reliable operation and long service life.

  Available in AZS-16, AZS-20, AZS-32 and customized grades, re-sintered AZS brick provides a cost-effective and durable refractory solution for superstructure flame spaces of float glass, container glass, fiberglass and ceramic frit melting furnaces.

Re-sintered AZS Bricks are widely used in the high-temperature superstructure and corrosion-resistant areas of glass melting furnaces. They are suitable for float glass, solar photovoltaic glass, ultra-clear glass, electronic glass, fiberglass and specialty glass production lines due to their excellent resistance to molten glass corrosion, alkali vapor attack and thermal shock.
